Return & Refund Policy

At Azure Performance, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of high-performance and custom-built products, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure product integrity, fairness, and operational transparency.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be brand new, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging with all included accessories.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns are only accepted with prior approval from our support team.
  • The product must not be:
    • Custom-ordered
    • 3D-printed
    • Painted or black-coated
    • Made from Inconel or Titanium
    • Installed, test-fitted, or altered in any way

Products returned without meeting all of the above conditions will be rejected and returned to sender at the buyer's expense.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Titanium or Inconel components
  • Products with ceramic/black coatings or custom finishes
  • 3D-printed items
  • Any product that has been installed, used, or test-fitted
  • Any item returned after 30 days from delivery

Fitment Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm proper fitment before purchase. If fitment is not confirmed via VIN or official inquiry, the buyer assumes full liability. Returns due to incorrect selection without prior fitment verification will not be accepted.


Refund Terms

  • Approved refunds are subject to the following deductions:
    • 25% restocking fee
    • Initial shipping cost (if applicable)
    • Third-party payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe)
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
  • Returns received in damaged or incomplete condition will be rejected.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • A return address will be provided upon approval.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
  • Packages damaged during return transit are not eligible for refund.

Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Submit clear, detailed photos or videos showing the defect.
  3. Upon approval, we will offer:
  • Replacement of the affected component
  • Repair if applicable
  • A full or partial refund, depending on severity

We will cover return shipping only in confirmed cases of manufacturing defect.


Unauthorized Returns

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected and returned to sender.
  • Unauthorized returns are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.

  • Photos/videos (if applicable)
  • VIN (if fitment is being disputed)

We will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
