This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and delivered. At Azure Performance, we are committed to delivering high-quality products as quickly and safely as possible.


1. Order Processing

  • Most of our products are made-to-order, handcrafted to exact specifications.
  • Build times average 1–4 weeks, depending on product type and current workload.
  • You will receive a build time estimate via email or text after placing your order.
  • Build time estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to change based on supply chain or production variables.
  • Once your item is ready, it will be shipped the next business day.

2. Shipping Carriers

  • We use international express couriers, primarily DHL, for global delivery.
  • A tracking number and photo of your shipment will be provided once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated transit times (after production):

  • Europe, USA, Canada: 3–6 business days
  • Asia-Pacific: 4–7 business days
  • Other regions: 6–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs delays or courier service disruptions.


4. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship worldwide to most residential and commercial addresses.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address must be provided at checkout.
  • Ensure your address is accurate and complete. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional shipping fees.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product size.
  • In some cases, we may offer flat-rate or promotional shipping depending on your location and order total.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All international orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
  • As a courtesy, we declare shipments at the lowest legally allowable value to help reduce customs fees.
  • We do not offer refunds or accept returns if an item is refused or held due to unpaid customs fees.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • All orders are packed securely with care and fully tracked.
  • If your order is damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
  • We will assist with filing a claim and offer replacement parts where appropriate.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages where tracking shows delivery was completed.

8. Shipping Delays

  • Azure Performance is not liable for delivery delays due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Customs inspection hold-ups
    • Courier operational issues
    • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays do not entitle the customer to cancel a made-to-order item or request compensation.

9. Shipping Confirmation

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your item ships.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
