4. Custom Orders

Many products sold by Azure Performance are built-to-order. By placing an order, you agree that build times may vary depending on production capacity and complexity.
Build time estimates are provided as a guide only. Delays beyond the estimated window do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or seek compensation.
Once fabrication has begun, cancellations will not be accepted (see Cancellation Policy).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship from our manufacturing facility using international couriers such as DHL.
Azure Performance is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or force majeure.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will result in additional shipping fees.
Any customs, duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
